Joyce Ivy Primett died at her home in Leasingham of Pulmonary Fibrosis on the 14th November 2009, aged 78. She is sadly missed by all after a long painful illness but is at peace now. Just a few weeks before her death, her health deteriorated and she was taken into hospital. It was her last wish to die at home and her wish was granted. Joyce touched so many lives with her warmth and kindness, her generosity and acceptance of all who had the pleasure of knowing her. I know so many family and friends have taken their time to tell us in their kind words how much she was loved and respected. We will miss her more than any words can say, but she will always be with us in our hearts every day. Pulmonary Fibrosis is currently incurable and everything raised in memory of Joyce will go towards finding a cure and supporting those with this terrible disease.
